Hi, I’m Machele Chaljub, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
I help women experiencing anxiety, depression, and hormonal imbalances from Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), postpartum, and the menopause transition, find physical and emotional stability, improve self-confidence, and establish balance in their lives. I also help higher education students and adult professionals experiencing burnout and stress improve work productivity, enhance personal relationships, and create healthy coping strategies to adjust to the rigors of school and work.
As an integrative provider, I partner with my patients to develop unique treatment plans that target whole mind, body, and spirit healing, including therapy, medication management, vitamin and genetic testing, hormone replacement therapy, and nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
I also have a special interest in creating an inclusive and safe space for those of the immigrant population, the LGTBQ+ community, and parents of LGBTQ+ children who are seeking help to foster a sense of belonging and improve their quality of life.
My journey into integrative psychiatry stems from my passion for blending evidence-based medicine with holistic healing practices. With over 30 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings, from Intensive Care to Internal Medicine and Oncology, I’ve seen the transformative impact of a treatment approach that considers all aspects of well-being. My personal experiences as a caregiver, along with navigating my own health journey through midlife changes, allow me to deeply connect with and understand the challenges many of my patients face.
